GE Aerospace raised its 2026 outlook after third-quarter orders and adjusted earnings grew faster than revenue. The company reported $19.0 billion in orders, up 49%, while adjusted earnings per share increased 36% to $2.25.

GE Aerospace Earnings Show Broad Growth

GE Aerospace’s October 20 results showed GAAP revenue of $14.1 billion, up 16%, and adjusted revenue of $13.3 billion, up 18%. GAAP profit increased 12% to $2.8 billion, while adjusted operating profit rose 30% to nearly $3.0 billion.

The earnings gain came with a mixed cash-flow comparison. Cash from operating activities and adjusted free cash flow each fell 14% in the quarter, to $2.2 billion and $2.0 billion, respectively, even as year-to-date free cash flow remained 13% higher.

Commercial Engines Drive the Quarter

Commercial Engines and Services revenue increased 21% to $10.3 billion, while segment profit rose 21% to $2.9 billion. Services revenue grew 17%, equipment revenue advanced 38%, and engine deliveries increased 8%.

GE said it booked more than 1,800 engine commitments at the Farnborough International Airshow. That total included more than 1,000 LEAP-1A engines for IndiGo, while a separate Turkish Airlines engine agreement covered more than 300 LEAP-1B units and long-term service for over 600 engines.

Higher Guidance Meets Supply Constraints

GE Aerospace increased its full-year operating-profit outlook to $10.9–$11.0 billion from $10.55–$10.75 billion. It also lifted adjusted revenue growth guidance to about 19%–20% and now expects adjusted EPS of $8.00–$8.10.

The company linked stronger output to double-digit growth in material inputs from priority suppliers, but supply execution remains central to the outlook. The issue connects with wider supply-chain chokepoint risks and the record defense demand discussed in our Northrop Grumman earnings report.
