Hasbro Q3 revenue increased 15% year over year to $1.60 billion as Wizards and Digital Gaming led growth. The company released the results on October 20 for the quarter ended September 27, separating the event date from the reporting period.

Hasbro Q3 Revenue Gets Lift From Magic

Wizards and Digital Gaming revenue increased 31%, while Consumer Products rose 4% and Entertainment gained 9%. Magic: The Gathering became the main growth driver after quarterly revenue passed $600 million for the first time.

The mix shift strengthened profitability because digital gaming and licensed content can carry different economics from physical toys. Hasbro reported adjusted operating profit of $541 million, up 52% from a year earlier. Adjusted earnings reached $2.90 per diluted share.

The company’s official October 20 results also showed growth outside gaming. That broader contribution reduces dependence on one franchise, although Magic remains unusually important to the quarter’s performance.

Hasbro Q3 Revenue Supports Higher Outlook

Hasbro now expects 2026 revenue to rise 7% to 9% in constant currency, compared with its previous 5% to 7% range. It also doubled its 2026 share-repurchase target to $400 million, signaling greater confidence in cash generation.

The outlook increase comes during a busy earnings period. Domino’s reported higher quarterly revenue, while Capital One posted stronger net income. Those results provide useful context, but Hasbro’s performance depends more directly on franchise demand and release timing.

Investors will watch whether Magic can sustain its pace without weakening margins or creating difficult comparisons. Hasbro must also balance digital growth with its physical product pipeline, where consumer demand and inventory decisions can shift quickly. Lithia’s record revenue report offers another example of strong consumer-facing results with company-specific execution risks.
