Apple will report fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter results on Monday, November 2, after posting record June-quarter revenue. Investors will focus on iPhone demand, Services growth, gross margin and whether tariff effects complicate year-over-year comparisons.

The company has not published fiscal Q4 guidance in the materials reviewed for this preview. The most reliable baseline is Apple’s July 30 fiscal Q3 report and its official November 2 conference-call calendar.

Apple earnings date and reporting baseline

Apple’s investor relations page lists the fiscal Q4 call for November 2 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. That event date is separate from the July 30 publication date of Apple’s fiscal Q3 results.

The June quarter produced $109.4 billion in revenue, up 16% from $94.0 billion a year earlier. Gross margin reached 50.1%, while diluted earnings per share rose 29% to $2.02. Apple said tariff refunds added about two percentage points to gross margin and $0.11 to diluted earnings.

Those one-time benefits make underlying profitability important. Investors should separate operating improvement from items that may not repeat in the September quarter. The issue resembles the normalization work required in other large-cap reports, including our Microsoft earnings preview.

iPhone and Services remain the main revenue tests

Apple’s consolidated financial statements showed iPhone revenue of $54.3 billion and Services revenue of $30.7 billion in fiscal Q3. Mac revenue was $10.4 billion, while iPad and Wearables, Home and Accessories generated $6.2 billion and $7.9 billion, respectively.

The original chart below compares Apple’s category revenue with the year-earlier June quarter. It uses company-reported figures and does not estimate fiscal Q4 results.

The product mix matters because Services generally provides steadier recurring revenue, while hardware results can move with launch timing and regional demand. Our Q4 AI stock watchlist provides broader context for how investors are pricing large technology companies.

Margins, China and AI will shape the reaction

Greater China revenue rose to $18.8 billion in fiscal Q3 from $15.4 billion a year earlier. The next report will show whether that regional momentum continued through Apple’s September-quarter product cycle.

Artificial intelligence will also remain central to the outlook. Apple linked its June-quarter update to the new Siri AI introduced at WWDC26, but investors will need evidence that new software features support device upgrades or Services engagement. The market has applied a similar adoption test to other companies, including Tesla’s technology roadmap in our Tesla earnings preview.

The cleanest signals will be category revenue, regional performance, gross margin and management’s forward guidance. A strong headline quarter could still receive a mixed market response if recurring growth slows or margins depend on nonrecurring benefits.
