Atos Group reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of €1.642 billion on October 21, as the French technology-services company narrowed the organic decline across its Atos and Eviden units to 2.4%. Management also said operations generated cash for the first time since the Genesis turnaround began.

Revenue Decline Narrows for a Third Quarter

The company’s October 21 performance release showed the pace of contraction easing sequentially. Reported group revenue fell 3.0% from €1.692 billion a year earlier, while the constant-scope measure for the Atos and Eviden units declined 2.4%.

Atos and Eviden organic revenue change

Q1 2026: -11.0%

Q2 2026: -5.8%

Q3 2026: -2.4%

Original chart based on Atos Group’s October 21, 2026 results. Bar length represents the absolute size of each decline.

UK and Ireland revenue rose 30.8% organically to €323 million, while International Markets grew 4.0% to €233 million. North America remained the largest drag, falling 19.3% organically to €246 million. The regional split makes this a turnaround story rather than a return to broad growth.

Cash Turns Positive as Liquidity Reaches €966 Million

Atos estimated a positive €44 million net change in cash during the quarter, including about €50 million of restructuring outflows. Liquidity rose to €966 million at September 30 from €948 million at June 30, after the July repayment of €857 million of first-lien debt.

The cash milestone matters because it gives Atos more room to execute its restructuring while revenue stabilizes. It also offers a contrast with the funding choices in Schneider Electric’s €6 billion capital raise and the growth-through-licensing model highlighted in Vicor’s latest results.

AI Pipeline Improves, but Orders Remain Soft

Order entry reached €1.024 billion and book-to-bill was 62%, about seven percentage points below the prior year. Atos said its qualified pipeline edged higher, with cybersecurity, data and AI, and cloud infrastructure showing momentum. The company launched its Genesis Intelligence sovereign AI suite during the quarter.

Investors will need to balance those product signals against still-soft bookings and the continuing revenue decline. Atos targets 5% to 7% organic annual revenue growth from 2026 through 2028 and a roughly 10% operating margin in 2028, but those figures remain forward-looking. The company’s AI push also arrives as listed peers such as Genius Group report faster AI-unit growth.
