WisdomTree reported record assets under management and stronger quarterly inflows as its investment products attracted demand across fixed income, commodities and U.S. equities. The asset manager’s October 30 release showed third-quarter net income also more than doubled from a year earlier.

WisdomTree earnings show record asset growth

The company’s official results covered the quarter ended September 30. Ending AUM increased 5% from $162.9 billion in June as net subscriptions combined with market appreciation.

WisdomTree reported $179.4 million in operating revenue, up from $125.6 million in the same quarter of 2025. Diluted earnings per share increased to $0.32 from $0.13, while operating margin widened to 41.3% from 36.3%.

Inflows spread across major product groups

The $4.6 billion of quarterly inflows came from U.S. and European products, led by fixed income, commodities and U.S. equities. Year-to-date net inflows exceeded $13.6 billion, representing a 13% annualized organic growth rate.

Average advisory fees held at 0.36%, while revenue yield slipped one basis point to 0.42%. WisdomTree attributed that decline to lower European exchange-traded product transaction fees and lower performance fees.

Operating leverage supports higher profit

Year-to-date operating margin expanded 6.8 percentage points from the prior-year period, reflecting higher revenue and operating leverage. The company also repurchased $10.6 million of stock and declared a $0.03 quarterly dividend payable November 25.

The results extend recent market themes around asset-management earnings, tokenized investment products and institutional tokenization rules. WisdomTree said its strategy now spans exchange-traded products, private markets and tokenized financial assets.
