Regeneron Pharmaceuticals will report third-quarter 2026 results before U.S. markets open on Friday, October 30, followed by a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern. The company published the event notice on September 24, making the announcement date distinct from the reporting date.
Regeneron earnings preview benchmarks
Regeneron’s second-quarter release, published July 30, provides the clearest baseline. Revenue reached $4.29 billion, up from $3.68 billion a year earlier. Global Dupixent sales, recorded by Sanofi, increased 38% to $6.0 billion, while EYLEA HD U.S. sales climbed 52% to $596 million.
The eye-care franchise presents a mixed comparison. Combined U.S. sales of EYLEA HD and EYLEA fell 12% to $1.01 billion as EYLEA sales declined 45%. The third-quarter report should show whether the higher-dose product is offsetting competitive pressure more effectively.
What investors should watch
Dupixent profit growth will be especially important because Regeneron said the Sanofi development balance was fully repaid at the end of the second quarter. That change should stop the balance from reducing collaboration revenue beginning in the third quarter.
Management’s spending and margin outlook also matter. Regeneron last guided to 2026 non-GAAP R&D expense of $5.95 billion to $6.05 billion and a non-GAAP gross margin of 84% to 85%. Those ranges provide a disciplined way to judge any update.
Pipeline context beyond the quarter
The earnings call may add color on oncology and genetic-medicine programs, but investors should separate clinical milestones from booked revenue. Fusion Market News recently covered Evaxion’s cancer-vaccine data and the Genmab-Incyte KRAS trial, while the Abbott earnings update offers a broader healthcare benchmark.
