Genius Group revenue increased sharply in the third quarter as its three operating units reported a third consecutive profitable quarter. The company cautioned that the voluntary figures are unaudited and exclude central treasury and financing items.

Key Insights

  • Genius Group revenue rose 81% year over year to $4.1 million.
  • Gross profit increased 108%, while operating net profit reached $235,000.
  • The unaudited operating results exclude Bitcoin treasury gains, financing costs and central management expenses.

Genius Group revenue rises across three units

Genius Group reported $4.1 million of third-quarter operational revenue, up from $2.3 million a year earlier. Revenue also increased 39% from the second quarter as Genius School, Genius Academy and Genius Resorts all expanded.

Gross profit rose to $2.7 million from $1.3 million, lifting gross margin to 66.1% from 57.3%. The three units generated $390,000 of operating profit before $155,000 of legacy discontinued-operation costs.

AI education business reports operating profit

Net profit from operations was $235,000, reversing a $1.2 million operating loss a year earlier. EBITDA improved to $261,000 from negative $742,000, while nine-month operational revenue reached $10.3 million.

The company said its Genius OS product connects more than 300 AI models across education and hospitality services. Its strategy joins broader AI infrastructure developments involving Vicor’s power licensing and Microsoft’s agentic AI security work.

Unaudited scope limits earnings comparisons

Genius Group voluntarily issued the quarterly operating update because foreign private issuers do not have to file U.S. quarterly reports. The figures exclude central treasury gains or losses, financing, investing, legal proceedings and management fees.

The company restarted Bitcoin treasury purchases on October 6 and plans to scale its Genius City model. Investors should separate those treasury ambitions from operating performance, just as Kroger’s AI-linked targets depend on future execution.
