ITG Inc. said preliminary third-quarter revenue reached approximately $461.5 million, up about 49% from a year earlier. Preliminary adjusted EBITDA rose about 64% to approximately $64.5 million.

The infrastructure-services company released the estimates on October 22, ahead of final results scheduled for November 10. Both figures exceeded the outlook ITG issued for the quarter.

Preliminary Results Beat ITG’s Outlook

ITG had projected third-quarter revenue of $440 million and adjusted EBITDA of $63 million. The preliminary revenue estimate was $21.5 million, or about 4.9%, above that target, while adjusted EBITDA was $1.5 million, or about 2.4%, higher.

The figures are contained in an SEC-filed company release. ITG said its quarter-end closing procedures were not complete, so the estimates remain subject to change and should not be treated as a substitute for full GAAP financial statements.

Infrastructure Work Drives the Business

ITG provides infrastructure services for broadband, wireless, data centers, utilities and civil projects across 49 states. That mix places the company near spending trends also shaping communications-equipment businesses, including Semtech’s updated 5G router portfolio.

Demand for data and connectivity capacity is also linked to enterprise technology investment. Recent results from Infosys highlighted rising AI revenue, while RingCentral reported faster AI adoption.

What Investors Should Watch Next

ITG expects to issue complete third-quarter results after the market closes on November 10. Management plans a webcast at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 11 to discuss the quarter.

The final filing will show whether the preliminary estimates changed and provide GAAP measures, cash-flow details and management commentary. Until then, the growth rates and margins should be read as provisional rather than audited final results.
